It may be bad luck, my age or the simple fact that my fitness was piss poor: my right ankle is suffering.

I powered through pain on my run Monday. I had to walk Tuesday because I couldn’t do it.

My ankle is sore, swollen and very red. It’s annoying. Another possible cause could be my lack of appropriate running trainers. I bought some yesterday. Yes, a little too late.

It’s a shame. I’ll rest this weekend and hopefully it’ll be good next week. Wish me luck.

  2. There’s nothing wrong with walking too. Because of my asthma, I do more walking than running. It takes a bit longer, but you still get a good cardio effect. That, and I had to get orthotics in my runners too. How’s that for old? 🙂

      No, definitely nothing wrong with walking. I like the challenge of the run. I know I can walk for miles but I’ll take what I can. ❤️
